Why did they let it happen?

Just watching a ChildFund infomercial. They follow a little girl, who the viewer should sponsor, who wanted a blanket to keep her warm at night and a bicycle so her grandfather could take her to the clinic when she is sick.

I understand that it is an overwhelming problem and feel sorrow for the children, their families and the communities. My cynical response to the program is that little Lucia died from dehydration caused by diarrhoea after appearing in the infomercial. She was exploited and should really have received sponsorship for appearing in the ad. They exploited that little girl and then calmly state at the end of the infomercial that the viewer should help so that her death was not in vain.

Where is their responsibility?

Skin Tag Experiment

I was researching the annoyance I have with underarm itching with certain deodorants and came across natural methods for removing skin tags at home. So I will try a few out and the first up is dental floss strangulation. Haha!

Is it really a game?

Why do some people have the power to upset me so easily? It is obviously not a Perfect World but why do I let myself get upset by what people do in a game? I take it personally as if the person was standing in front of me in real life.

New Romance

Everything seems a little unreal in my new relationship with B. It is like a giant bubble that I can see through and is magical but if I am not careful it will burst. Everything seems so relaxed and sweet and very natural. I think it leaves us both checking in to see if we are being sensible and realistic.

I believe that I have been blessed with a gift of love directed by God. The message I followed was that I will find love through God and I will find God through love. Many levels to living that message and the most awesome outcome of listening to it whichever way you interpret it.
