If only I had the money I would do an aromatherapy course with the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy, unless I can find something more local and cheaper. Certainly one of my plans in training in complementary therapies to support my midwifery training. I plan to do training in accupuncture, aromatherapy and homeopathy.

I haven't blogged in ages. We updated our RAM and I hadn't gotten around to adding my little bookmarklet thingie to my links bar to remind me to Blog =) It's there, and I'm back!

I thought I would include a new photo of me with short hair. I had it cut last Sunday. The reason why the pic is in black and white is because we have flourescent light tubes in our living room and I looked a bit green...lol.

I have written my second tutorial for creating a Simple Background. Why is PSP so addictive?

I haven't blogged forever. Too much to do and too little time. Graphics and webpages to work on and bucket loads of email to read each day when I should be on holiday.

Adrian and the family are peeved with how demanding it is supporting a student midwife. Nothing ever seems to get done and I've been away for quite a few births in the last month. It's not major stuff like I expect it will be next year but if I don't have their support then I have to reconsider whether I can continue. I felt ganged up on and with nowhere to turn because they were all stating their needs and not giving me options to resolve the situation.

I love midwifery!

I have updated my son's page with some rugby photos from his game yesterday. You could visit his site and sign his guestbook. I am sure he would like that =)

My Little Fella played rugby today and he scored two trys. I am so proud of him. He had been put into the difficult position of playing for the opposing team because they were short a player.

I also passed my Pharmacology exam =D

Passing this was such a relief because I got by with only reviewing 2 weeks out of 10. So I should do even better next time.

I have some births to attend coming up which I am really looking forward to. Just means that I had better be organised with my study and assignments.

Why is it that the things Mum's really want for Mothers Day is never on the program? My wishes would be for a hassle free day with no kids fighting and they are free!

I was really lucky and got flowers, chocolates, and the Deep Forest, Pacifique CD. Thank you kids and hubby. It's really nice to feel appreciated.

Time for a happy dance because I got an A for my midwifery assignment. I didn't expect an A so I was thrilled :-D

Drin and I have been together 8 years yesterday and married for 6 years. Things are a bit of a grind at the moment, but when we get the chance to take a breather we get refocused.

I just have to include a link to Get Organized At Home! Tips and Tools from OrganizedHome.Com because this site is great. I have started little steps to getting this family and household organised. I think a little bit of distraction tactics from assignments and exam swot.

Only thing it doesn't have is a solution to prevent kids from unrolling an entire roll of toilet paper and how to roll it up so it looks like it never happened. Why is it that re-rolled toilet paper somehow seems recycled or not as safe/perfect/clean as the pristine roll the kids haven't played with?
